The outspoken model also known as Jordan met the boss of the show's UK version, Lord Alan Sugar, at a glitzy party in London and pleaded with the tycoon for a chance to demonstrate her business sense, the Daily Star reported.

The tough-talking 62-year-old Lord Sugar, famous for his catch phrase told'You're fired!'is said to have told her,"I think you'd be an asset to the show."

The 31-year-old model had grabbed the opportunity to seal the deal while attending a Christmas party thrown by'Britain's Got Talent' judge Piers Morgan.It is reported that Morgan's fellow judge of the reality show Amanda Holden introduced Price to Sugar.

She asked Lord Sugar,"Why don't you hire Kate for one of the tasks next year?" to which Price said,"I'm not the brightest but I know how money works."

The 31-year-old model further suggested that she could feature in one of the business tasks, set for the contestants.'The Apprentice'is due to be screened over 12 weeks from June next year.
